However, those dirty rooms had me raising an eyebrow, and noisy neighbors were a constant buzzkill. Breakfast was such a letdown too. I asked for an extra tea bag and got a cheeky 'only if you tip' response! Also, no hair dryer? That took some convincing to sort out!
